YOUR FREE CONSULTATION
A personal approach from the first visit
A warm welcome, with time to talk
Tell us which areas concern you and what you would like to change. You may notice dimpling on your thighs, hips or buttocks only in certain positions, or all the time. We will listen, answer your questions and make sure you feel comfortable discussing it.
An assessment that looks at the whole area
We look at the texture of your skin, its firmness and any localised fullness. We also ask about your health and check whether the combined treatment is suitable. Cellulite is different for everyone, so we will explain what we see rather than assume one approach will suit you.
A plan you can feel confident about
If treatment is right for you, we will explain how cavitation, radiofrequency and shockwave work together, what each step feels like and how many appointments we recommend. You will know the full cost and what improvement is realistic before deciding. Your consultation is free, and there is no pressure to book treatment that day.
THE TREATMENT
What is cellulite?
Cellulite is the dimpled texture often seen on the thighs, hips and buttocks. It develops when bands beneath the skin pull down while the tissue around them pushes upwards. Genetics, hormones and skin firmness can all affect how visible it looks. It can appear at any size, including when you eat well and exercise.
How our combined treatment works
Your non-surgical session uses three parts of the 3D Ultimate Pro. Cavitation addresses localised fullness where it contributes to the area; radiofrequency uses controlled warmth to support firmer-looking skin; and shockwave applies rapid pulses to visible dimpling. We combine them because cellulite can involve more than one concern. At your free consultation, we assess your skin, explain what each step feels like and recommend a course only if treatment is suitable for you.
Where cellulite appears
The areas people most often ask us about are the outer thighs, inner thighs, buttocks and hips. Some see dimpling in just one area; others notice it across several. We will assess the areas that matter to you and explain what can realistically be improved.
How visible is your cellulite?
A simple way to describe cellulite is by when the dimpling appears. This helps us understand your concern and track whether the skin looks smoother over a course.
Mild
Dimpling is mainly noticeable when the skin is pinched or you are sitting.
Moderate
Dimpling can be seen when standing, even without pressing the skin.
More pronounced
Uneven texture remains noticeable when standing and lying down.
We will also look at skin firmness, localised fullness and your medical history before recommending any treatment. You do not need to work out a grade yourself; we will talk it through together at your free consultation.

THE COMBINED TREATMENT
Why we use three technologies
Cellulite can involve visible dimpling, reduced skin firmness and localised fullness in the same area. Your £170 session brings together three steps with different purposes: cavitation for fullness, radiofrequency for firmness and shockwave for uneven texture. We explain why each step is included, check your comfort throughout and review your response during a course. If this is unlikely to suit your concern, we will tell you at your free consultation.
Shockwave
For dimpling and uneven texture
A handpiece delivers rapid acoustic pulses across the areas where you see dimpling. This step focuses on the uneven texture itself and may feel like rhythmic tapping. We combine it with radiofrequency and cavitation when firmness or localised fullness also need attention. Your practitioner adjusts the treatment to your comfort and reviews how the area responds.
Body Radiofrequency
For skin firmness
A handpiece warms the skin in a controlled way. We use this step where reduced firmness makes dimpling look more noticeable. The aim is a smoother, firmer-looking surface over a course of appointments. Your practitioner checks the warmth and your comfort throughout and explains what change may be realistic for your skin.
Cavitation
For localised fullness
Cavitation delivers ultrasound through a handpiece to areas of localised fullness. This step is used where fullness affects the contour of the area; cellulite also involves skin texture and firmness, so cavitation is only one part of the combined session. We assess the area at your free consultation and explain why each step is included.

FAQ
-
A course may be recommended, depending on your skin, the area treated and the approach selected. At your free consultation, we will explain the suggested number and spacing of sessions. We review your response as you go, so your plan reflects your needs rather than a fixed promise.
-
Cavitation may feel like gentle pressure or a buzzing sensation. Radiofrequency feels warm, and shockwave can feel like rapid tapping. Sensitivity varies by area, so let your practitioner know how you feel throughout the session.
-
Most people can continue their usual routine, but temporary redness, tenderness, swelling or bruising can occur. Risks depend on the treatment used, and radiofrequency can cause burns if not used appropriately. We assess your suitability, explain the relevant risks and give you personalised aftercare advice.
-
No. Cellulite treatment focuses on the appearance of dimpling and uneven skin texture. Fat freezing targets localised pockets of fat and does not treat cellulite. Your consultation helps us identify your main concern and explain the most appropriate options.
-
We aim to improve the appearance of cellulite, rather than remove it permanently. The degree and duration of improvement vary. Skin changes over time, and maintenance treatments may be helpful. We will discuss realistic expectations with you before you start.
-
The combined cellulite treatment is £170 per session. Each session includes cavitation, radiofrequency and shockwave. We will discuss whether a course is suitable for you and explain the total cost at your free consultation. There is no pressure to book treatment on the day.
-
Changes in skin texture tend to develop gradually over a course rather than immediately after one session. The timing and degree of improvement vary from person to person. We will discuss a realistic plan at your free consultation and review your progress during treatment.
