Terms & Conditions
Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Ascot Medispa provides services to their clients. Please ensure your have read and fully understand them prior to booking or buying any service or product from Ascot Medispa.
- Refunds
- Group Bookings
We reserve the right to take a non refundable 20% deposit for any appointment booked over the phone or in person, again we require a 24 hour cancellation should you wish to amend or cancel your booking. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in your deposit being lost. Should you give a minimum 24hours notice to cancel or amend an appointment your deposit will be transferred to another appointment or placed on your account.
- Treatments courses
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. 6 weekly courses must be taken within 6 weeks and monthly courses must be taken within 12 months. Courses are non refundable but should a problem or allergy occur during the treatment the value can be transferred to another treatment or held on the clients account.
- Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. We will always endeavour to offer you the full treatment time.
- Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid from 6 months from date of purchase and are non refundable. Discretionary extension of the gift voucher expiry date will be used where necessary.
- Medical Conditions/Pregnancy
Please inform us of any medical conditions you may have including pregnancy at the time of booking, as some treatments may not be suitable for you.
- Patch Tests
Selected treatments will require a patch test 24 hours before a treatment. To comply with our health and safety regulations under no circumstances can we go ahead without a patch test.
